The employment services company (NYSE: MAN) says 30 percengt of employers worldwide are struggling to find qualifiedjob candidates, especiallyu skilled tradespeople, sales representatives and Manpower surveyed nearly 39,000 employers across 33 countries and territoriess to gauge employers' abilitty to find the talent they need.
