Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland on Tuesday signedc a second interim budget to continue state operationz from Wednesday throughJuly 14. The new interim budger comes after a first one was put in placer to cover operations fromJuly 1, the firstt day of the new two-year budget through Tuesday. The seven-day interim budget comexs as Strickland and state Senatew Republicans remain at an impasse overthe governor’es proposal to generate an estimated $933 million over two yeares by installing video slot machines at seveh horse racing tracks in Ohio.
